I would have. I had this planned out and wanted a nice photo. Of course, as luck would have it, this lined up perfectly for while I was half-way across an 8-lane wide bridge with half-shoulders on each side and moderate traffic. So I figured pulling over was about 17 times more dangerous than just snapping a quick photo.
I was pretty pissed that I couldn't get a nice shot and savor the moment.
